Shirin Damji, RN
CEO & Licensed Insurance Advisor
Shirin is a licensed insurance advisor and the founder of Shirin Damji Insurance Advisors. She has a background as a practicing nurse and educator, which shapes her education-first and needs-based approach to financial planning. Shirin works with individuals and families to help them understand financial risks and make informed decisions.
Armina Rashid
Communications Coordinator
Armina supports SDIA’s communications, operations, and internal workflows. She works closely with the advisory team to ensure clear processes, organized documentation, and a consistent client experience across platforms and systems.
Affiliated Advisors
Affiliated Advisors are licensed insurance advisors who collaborate with SDIA through mentorship, shared cases, and advisory partnerships. Some advisors are early in their practice and work under ongoing mentorship, while others bring years of experience to support collaborative client care.
